On November 11th, we’re welcoming winemaker Chris Mazepink to How to Cook a Wolf Madison Park for an evening of Oregon wine, good food, and a closer look at one of Dundee Hills' standout vineyards.
We’ll get started at 6:30 PM with five courses from the Wolf kitchen, each paired with wines from White Walnut Estate.
Chris will be with us throughout the night, pouring and sharing stories behind the wines, the vineyard, and what makes the Dundee Hills so infamous for incredible wines. The lineup includes the estate’s Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, both 97-point wines from James Suckling, plus a few more that we’re looking forward to sharing.
